I've decided to try learning sign language as well, in conjunction with my Deutsch studies. The problem is, contrary to my initial ideas of it, sign language is different across the globe. That's sad. I thought before that I'd be able to travel the world and communicate with any deaf person once I learn "sign language". I was probably naive to think that, though, since obviously each country would've developed its own sign language throughout its own ages.

So I'm not sure if I should continue sign language studies. The American sign language is what I see being used most often, but sadly it's not even the same as the British sign language, according to Wikipedia.

Oh well. I'll stick to my Deutsch studies for now.

Yeah this is my second entry for today. It's unrelated to the first post I put up so I'll make a new post instead.

Anyway what I'm talking about "why didn't I think of this before" is finding scratch and beat juggling videos on YouTube. I mean I've searched for BBoy, pop & lock, beatbox, rap and graffiti stuff on YouTube before, but DJing, which I've been interested in since I was a kid, I've never thought of searching for, which is weird. Anyway I started searching yesterday and I'm completely wide-eyed and drop-jawed. It's just so fun to watch and awesome to listen to. I'm trying to listen to samples from all the popular DJs before I judge who my favorite would be, but so far I'm really liking DJ Troubl's style.

I really want my own turntables now even more than before.

Just to mark this, cuz this is unique for me. I think I got food poisoning last Monday night. I went through the stomach pain and the water (not watery; water) stool. I'm getting better, and I think I'm pretty much cured of it now though. I got the stomach pains and all but it's not as bad as a couple of days ago and I'm not having to go to the bathroom every 10-30 minutes or so, which was the case on Tuesday. Monday night I couldn't even sleep cuz of the pain, and I had to go to the bathroom every hour or so. I became dehydrated but I'm taking stuff to combat it and all that. I missed 2 days of work but like I said I'm fine now. I was uncomfortable the whole day but I got through it without having to go to the hospital heheh. It was a mild case that thankfully I got through. Not trying to gross anyone out or anything but I just felt like marking it cuz it was one of the most unique yet uncomfortable experiences in my life.

I had to resign from the job I mentioned in my previous post, but now I'm working for Edulynx (the same company that sent me to Laguna for the How Fun! English Camp almost exactly one year ago). Even so I've still continued my pen spinning. I'm getting pretty good, but I haven't properly customized my pencil yet. I got an orange unsharpened wooden pencil but it needs more weight (those rubber grip things for pens would do nicely, but I haven't found any yet; always out of stock in the stores here).

Anyway I suddenly realized that I haven't made a lot of posts this year yet. We're already past the halfway mark of the year but this would only be my 5th post! Wow. D: Well I've obviously been busy with work and stuff. In fact I'm posting from work right now. I'm having a lot of fun. But I can't neglect my blog, even if I don't actually have a lot of readers. This isn't just for publicity, but also for myself so I can look back on my experiences and see what I was doing at particular points of time.

I'll try to post more regularly. :D
