My new sketch of Sae and Kaori together. I used Photoshop to color, as usual. The poster effect is done manually instead of using the poster filter. I did it by double-scanning the same image, accidentally actually, because I was trying to correct an error I made in the first scan. The outcome was surprisingly nice.

The art style is designed to look like those non-mainstream Japanese artworks, like those used in fashion magazines instead of regular anime/manga style. I copied both faces from different real life models, but translated them so it doesn't come out too realistic.

Sketching didn't take too long; but coloring took about 6 hours.
